Fitness center offers 'Beach Body Boot Camp'
Reach Personal Fitness is introducing a new program called Beach Body Boot Camp.
Certified instructor Alisha Robinson said Beach Body Boot Camp is a fun introduction to circuit training, a proven method used by athletes and fitness professionals. A mix of high intensity and low impact cardio exercise, strength training, plyometrics, and mind, body, and core work will keep you exhilarated, challenged, and never bored.
Beach Body Boot Camp is being offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 3 p.m. now through the end of August. Class size is limited. For more details, call 304-610-7765 or 304-553-2145.
