Reach Personal Fitness to offer new summer program
Reach Personal Fitness is helping clients get ready for summer with a new program called Beach Body Boot Camp.
"The lack of results from your New Year's resolution can't be hidden under your favorite sweats and jacket any longer," said instructor Alisha Robinson.
Robinson said Beach Body Boot Camp is a fun introduction to circuit training, a proven method used by athletes and fitness professionals. A powerful mix of high-intensity and low-impact cardio exercise, strength training, plyometrics, and mind, body, core work will keep you feeling challenged, Robinson said.
Beach Body Boot Camp is being offered at 6 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 3 p.m. Saturdays, now through the end of August. Class size is limited. For more details call 304-610-7765 or 304-553-2145.
